As we all know, achieving at school is about passing those academic qualifications, but it also about making the most of those opportunities to engage with REAL LIFE – work and further education. I have an offer that Y10’s are going to find it hard not to engage in – in our brand new Y10 SHINEtogether PROJECT. All I am asking, is for Y10’s to attend and get ENGAGED in our once in a lifetime Y10 SHINEtogether PROJECT – from Monday 11th July through to Friday 15th July. Instead of a week in the classroom – this will be an opportunity to begin to open their eyes to the endless opportunities. So,

| TUESDAY 12th July | Sports Festival @ Portway |
| WEDNESDAY 13th July | Visit to Black Country Museum |
| THURSDAY 14th July | Hilston Park, WALES – Employability Activity and Teambuilding Day |
| FRIDAY 15th July | Visit to Sandwell College for Group2 and Group 1 working on EMPLOYABILITY with WORK PAYS – a specialist in employability |
